Salarise B.V. and Stichting Derdengelden Salarise, hereinafter referred to as Salarise, process personal data in the course of carrying out their work. The protection of your personal data is of great importance to us. In this document, we provide you with more information about the way in which we implement this.

What is personal data?

Personal data are, in short, data that can identify a natural person. Examples are name, address and BSN number. However, other data can also be regarded as personal data on their own or in connection with other data.

Why does Salarise process your personal data?

Salarise collects and processes information about its clients and visitors to this website for the purpose of conducting its business, to advertise and make available products and services that may be of interest to you and to develop web statistics. Salarise also collects and processes personal data from job applicants and employees.

What personal data does Salarise process and why?

Salarise only processes personal data if there is a basis for such processing in a contract concluded with the person concerned or if this is necessary on the basis of laws and regulations. We may also process personal data if you have given us your explicit permission to do so.

Personal data of clients

We process the following personal data of our clients:

• Name, address, telephone number and e-mail address
• Data contained in a passport or similar ID document
• Occupation and, where applicable, the function that a person performs in an enterprise 
• Bank and securities account number
• Data relating to the Salarise login system
• Data on financial position, goals, risk appetite, knowledge and experience, etc.
• Special personal data, including:

• Data on companies and their representatives through, for example, the Chamber of Commerce. 
• Data from public, publicly available sources such as BKR, bankruptcy registers, newspapers, internet and social media. 

Personal data of visitors to the website

In general, you can visit our website without providing us with any personal data. If you wish to subscribe to a newsletter via the website, we will need some of your personal data. We use this data exclusively for the purpose for which you provide it to us. We will never offer you unsolicited information and/or services. We will also not keep these personal details any longer than the purpose for which you provided them. The data that we record are the following:

Salarise does not seek to collect sensitive personal data, such as information about political opinions, religious beliefs, health or other matters, through this website. In cases where Salarise would seek to collect such data, your prior consent will be sought. • Policy or customer number health insurance company

We only process special personal data that can be deduced from your proof of identity, which we are obliged to make a copy of by law if you are going to work for us.
We process the personal data we receive from candidates, applicants and employees for the following purposes: to enter into and maintain an employee/employer relationship with you and to keep a personnel, financial, hours, absence and/or salary administration for this purpose, or to enter into and maintain a relationship aimed at acquiring/performing assignments and to keep a financial administration for this purpose, to grant you access to and to allow you to use our office, IT infrastructure and to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Can Salarise share your personal data with third parties?

We will enter into a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf in order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. We remain responsible for this processing. Should it be necessary for the provision of services to you or for the execution of our agreement with you to transfer personal data to parties outside the EEA, we will only do so if an appropriate level is guaranteed for the protection of the personal data or if a specific deviation applies.

How does Salarise secure your personal data?

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent the misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised amendment of your personal data.

Can you view, modify or delete the personal data recorded?

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Salarise and you have the right to data portability. You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your permission or to object to the processing of your personal data to info@salarise.nl. We may ask you for a copy of your proof of identity, so that we can ascertain that the request is made by or on behalf of you. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but in any event within one month.
